@SnowshadowII absolutely! The good news is that #ZeroEnergyHomes are totally doable in almost all climates.
Sadly, it all boils down to an utter lack of understanding and imagination combined by an irrational fear of change.
They can't really imagine how bad fascism will be nor can they imagine how good (personal) energy independence can be.
Still they simply are afraid of change and rather vote for the devil than change their ways ... #ThereWillBeDragons
