Alright, I’ll play @ThePop #MondayAlbum. I’m really not 💯 what my #YourFirstAlbum was but I’m thinking it must have been Nena with … self titled album Nena. My favorite songs are Leuchtturm, Vollmond, Ich bleib im Bett.

#AlbumMonday has the theme #YourFirstAlbum this week.
@ThePop
I finally had saved enough money to buy a record player that could do more than 45's and this is what I bought from Tower Records.
@ThePop's #AlbumMonday has the theme #YourFirstAlbum this week. First album you heard or bought. I don't know what I heard first, but what I bought first...
I was thirteen and it was 1987. I also started listening to Die Ärzte and Die Toten Hosen that year, but this here is what I bought... what a blast from the past 😊

Mine was Glass Houses by Billy Joel, on 8-track tape.
Yep, I’m an old man. 👴🏼
@ThePop has set the theme #YourFirstAlbum for #AlbumMonday - the first album you ever heard or bought.
My memory is a complicated and blurry mess, so I'm going to post a few that fit the theme for different reasons.
The first album I ever heard in its entirety was _probably_ Lög Unga Fólksins from Hrekkjusvín (https://youtu.be/vQtJuvTb1CU) - a collection of songs for children that my grandparents had on vinyl.
Episode II from Safri Duo (https://youtu.be/o_ZBzGlYS6g) is also a contender, but they're both in the whole "miscellaneous fragments of childhood memories I can't sort into chronologial order" amalgam (no, the release dates don't help).
However! The first album I remember _choosing_ to listen to was Holy Diver - Dio (https://youtu.be/2lvs2FzF64o) and the first one I bought was Love Death Immortality from Glitch Mob (https://youtu.be/VkvOLB7Yzhs)
