After developers took a #WashtenawCounty twp to court over its denial of part of a 120MW #solarfarm project, a legal settlement is paving the way forward for the array. The #solarenergy project has been in development for years in #AugustaTownship & #YorkTownship, suffered a setback in Feb '22 when the Augusta Twp Planning Cmsn shot down a zoning permit application for a nearly 500-acre piece of the array.
