#Bluesky #BridgyFed #YesBridge ​​ ATTENTION FEDIZENS BRIDGED TO BLUESKY! i have found out how to mention users that aren't bridged! you need to go to their bluesky profile and copy the URL. if you can get the profile URL with the DID, that's preferable, because then it works after a username change (i believe there are safeguards for that, not sure. so just to be safe)

then go to your fedi post, and use markdown to make the mention (like @example.lol) point to the mentioned profile's link (like bsky.app/profile/did:plc:skibidisigmatoiletlmaoxd), using []() syntax

you can now mention @ap.brid.gy from fedi! it indeed shows up as a regular mention on Bluesky, and i checked from my actual Bluesky account (@JuxGD[email protected] ) and it notifies the account that it's been mentioned!

use this as you will. me, i'll use it to refer people to @ap.brid.gy whenever i do the reminders
