Not a New Year's resolution, but a theme for the year (or at least, for the start of the year):

Less technology, more creativity.

Things I want to do more of: make music (play accordion), listen to music outside of working hours (so I can really appreciate it), write more, get outside possibly exercising more (gets the juices flowing)

I also want to do creative things *with* technology! Like building little shareable webapps. But I want to centre the creative part.

It's the Year of …. Others! My first act in service of this theme is to start calorie tracking. I will be testing 5 apps and see which will be most helpful. The apps in question are:

Spent Monday afternoon reflecting, writing, and selecting my yearly theme. 2023 will be the year of Intentionality. It will be a challenge, and require exercising this word “no” my friends tell me exists, but I’m looking forward to the associated growth.
