Petitioner #YangLi is in critical situation. Her kidney failure may lead to heart failure. It's life-threatening. But the Binhu police station did not provide any urgent medical assistance other than calling the medical emergency unit and the doctor who explained Yang's medical conditions left without giving Yang any emergency treatment.
