#Donetsk region suffers from forest fires caused by #Russian shelling

Rescued bear from zoo destroyed by #Russians helps collect donations

#Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers found a surviving bear in a zoo destroyed by the invaders in the village of #Yampol. He limped, had difficulty moving, was shell-shocked and exhausted.

Defenders named the bear #Yampol - in honour of his native village. After being rescued, he was transported to the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center in #Belgium, where he became a favourite and his health improved markedly.
