🔹 #Sumy region. Over the past 24 hours, #Russians shelled 26 populated areas. In the #Sumy community, a 63-year-old man was injured, the National Police reported.

In the #Yampol community, the premises of an agricultural firm were damaged. Two women - aged 72 and 67 - were killed, and another 60-year-old woman was injured.

Rescued bear from zoo destroyed by #Russians helps collect donations

#Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers found a surviving bear in a zoo destroyed by the invaders in the village of #Yampol. He limped, had difficulty moving, was shell-shocked and exhausted.

Defenders named the bear #Yampol - in honour of his native village. After being rescued, he was transported to the Wildlife Rehabilitation Center in #Belgium, where he became a favourite and his health improved markedly.
