#Yesterday I was at my #Garage / #AutomobileRepairShop for an estimate on repairs. Another customer arrived in a '85 #Bentley Mulsanne. He asked for an oil change, and fixing some lightbulbs. This task was handed to the apprentice who—and I kid you not—whined the change of bulbs could have been done by the customer himself.

C: (a little angry) "I'm an artist, not a mechanic."
A: (snobby) "Oh, you're an *artist*. So, does it pay?"
C + me: (staggered) "…???"
