After making my first simple #Remarkjs #presentation, I think I see the landscape a little clearer:

👉 @jmlilly's Liminal is a "minor extension" that provides a scientific theme for Remark.js http://www.jmlilly.net/talks/liminal-v2/

👉 @yihui's #Xaringan is an #Rpackage that translates #Rmarkdown into Remark-readable #markdown; using the #RStudio #IDE it supports theming & live previews of your slides https://slides.yihui.org/xaringan/

👉 @grrrck's added some serious extra bling to Xaringan https://pkg.garrickadenbuie.com/xaringanExtra/

R for the Rest of Us Podcast | R for the Rest of Us Podcast Episode #7: Presentations (Silvia Canelón)

In this episode, I talk with Silvia Canelón, a postdoctoral research scientist in the Department of Biostatistics, Epidemiology, and Informatics at the University of Pennsylvania. Silvia why she loves using xaringan to create captivating, audience-friendly presentations directly from R markdown....

About a year ago I started using #RMarkdown and #Xaringan to prepare presentation and I love it. Efficient, elegant, saves disk space and allows you you to easily prepare slides with a very consistent layout and style.

Has anyone tried to include an image gallery/slider in one single #xaringan presentation slide?

I guess there most be tones of #JS scripts to do that but I have no experience implementing them on a #remarkJS presentation.
Any hint is welcome! 🙂
