When in the shower after my pre-bed nap, I thought a lot about music. During my dream, I was listening to punk covers of music. One that came up twice had the line,
Well I could have been wailin' and smokin' in bed all day
That must have struck me, as I remembered it.
Earlier in the day, I was flipping between XMU and Lithium while driving. XMU had an all covers show for Halloween, (covered up in costumes,) and the one I remember is a cover of a Greatful Dead song by War on Drugs.
And on Lithium I listened to an Atlantis Moresette song. I thing she was singing my dream song cover.

The other thought was that having Vincent Price in the Thriller Michael Jackson song was inspired. He did a fantastic job schlocking it up doing the thing he does. And The Thriller seems more terrorfying than The Tingler (a movie of his,) anyway.
