Look who we see in Cyberpunk 2077, it's Lenny Nero from Strange Days, sans fake gold watch. Appropriate, as the inspiration for Braindance, and illegal "Extreme Braindances" (XBD) in Cyberpunk 2077 are inspired by SQUID technology in Strange Days.

Last time we saw Lenny in Strange Days he barely survived the countdown to the millennium. What happens to him in CyberPunk 2077 on the other hand, is up to you.

XBD is a recombinant of BA.2.75.2 "Chiron" and BF.5 (descended from BA.5).

I don't much other info on it, but (to my knowledge) it's the first BA.2.75 + BA.5 recombinant to show significant growth like this.

For Hong Kong, the XBD lineage is showing a growth advantage of 11% per day against the other BA.5.* lineages.

However XBD has a growth disadvantage of 7% per day against BQ.1.1, which also has a higher recent frequency, so BQ.1.1 should continue to dominance (based on the available data).
