There's a certain dynamic I've observed in several workplaces I've been in where a task in the project management system will be assigned to a lower ranking woman in the org, but the task is basically for her to frequently remind a higher ranking man to do something. (Note: In these instances, she's not his assistant or secretary.) Nominally, it's done this way because the man is supposedly busier than she is, but the #sexism of this dynamic isn't lost on me. It's putting the woman in the role of a sort of mother who nags the man to do something that he should be responsible enough to handle himself.

Unfortunately, I don't think US #LaborLaw recognizes this as #WorkplaceSexism, but it absolutely is.
