A little help please! I bought a new iPad Pro about 10 days ago. Worked fine until this morning. Now, I have the black screen of death with the stupid white wheel. I’ve tried everything. It won’t do a hard boot.I get the apple logo and then the spinning wheel. Then nothing. Find My recognizes it on my phone and Mac but can’t talk to it. Also tried the hacks in YouTube vids. What’s next? Taking it to a service center? Suggestions? Other than a hammer 😢
