As we enter our 2nd day of Spring I woke up this morning to the possibility of snow shoveling. Right on the cusp. I'm going to refuse and stand up to #MotherNature, despite no hint of warmer temperatures this week and more snow forecasted for Friday. We have to take a stand and show her that we won't be pushed around.... or that we will push any more snow this year. I'm bringing the patio furniture out of storage...

It's minus 13°C here in #Caledon this morning and I'm thinking about Spring. I'm driving my wife crazy (evergreen statement after 47 years together) by reporting on the weather for the next 14 days.... every single day. March is going to start off warmer than usual BTW. I think if we all talk only about Spring, and post Spring-like photos, we can force Mother Nature to give up her winter activities and move on to warmer days. It's just science...

Good Morning Canada!
It is officially the Ides of March when Canadians start planning to put away the snow shovels and wear shorts when the temperature approaches double digits. I hope winter goes out like a lamb but there have been significant storms in this month like this one that hit eastern Canada in 1971. I don't want to jinx us all but I'm ready for spring.
