The #WindsorProtocol is close to what Boris Johnson promised, but utterly failed to deliver, instead agreeing to what Theresa May said “no UK Prime Minister could ever agree with”: a customs border down the Irish Sea.

Having his successor and rival negotiate the revised agreement must surely be the end of what little political credibility #LiarJohnson had left in #NorthernIreland.
