#WinTheMorning sunrise sea swim at Teignmouth, 15 minutes in a still sea with ethereal morning mists evaporating around me at 14°C followed by quick coffee, change into runners and (v v cold at this point) warm-up round Teignmouth #Parkrun with Hachidog. Her run number 3. So excited she howled like a siren at the start!!
