Who Can Kill a Child? is a film with a daring premise, but one that it never really figures out how to tap into. The adult characters were a bunch of dumbasses, and its tone was overly serious and self-important to the point that it felt like it was insulting my intelligence, even though its best parts were the moments when it seemed to lean into the black comedy inherent in the premise.
