“I think the anxiety around COVID is really real for folks,” [Chief Health Officer Sarah Henn] says. ”But it’s disproportional, often, to the risk.”

The word "often" is doing quite a bit of heavy lifting there. What's disproportional is the very real risk of COVID to the many immunocompromised folks WWH serves versus the minimal risk of wearing a mask.
