Aimée HillI've succeeded on two out of the three #CampNaNo days this month. The most days I've ever written in a row is four. I have a good feeling about this month though :) Hopefully, I'll be done with my fantasy WIP first draft.
My WIP #WhatTheyreHiding is a light academia fantasy adventure. Word count for far is 28,000ish!
1) My main character is as scattered as she is powerful
2) Her grandma is problematic as heck. Like we love her but also she's super morally grey
3) All power comes from nature
4) but nature doesn't take abuse lying down
5) the whole WIP definitely channels climate change and incompetent country leadership anxieties...
I wrote 1000 words of #WhatTheyreHiding last night. The pacing is super off but I'm about to hit the crisis moment and it's all action from there!
I'm going to trust myself to have two WIPs at once. I do it with knitting so why can't I manage it with writing?...
