Some refs would call that incomplete, because Flowers didn't take enough steps or make enough of a football move before the ball popped out. Seems almost random.

I suspect we'll have a cure for cancer long before anyone figures out what a catch is in the NFL.
Under my "One Mississippi" rule idea for defining a catch, that would have still been an incompletion instead of an interception. And I'm OK with that.
