🏗️ In July 2023, PCC gave the nod to redevelop the former department store into a mix of 125 homes and work spaces.
🗓️ At the end of 2023, we were told Panther (VAT) Properties would pay PCC £198,817.66 for health provision, open spaces and two electric vehicle charging points.
💷 In Jan 2024, we found out the "developer" behind the £22 million revamp of the former Beales store was selling it for £5 million.
