#weirddrinks 4: mint, ice, herbal gin (or vodka), simple syrup (maybe lavender flavor??). a mint gin-lip?

#weirddrinks 3: miso paste + water (so, miso soup... wow i should add scallions to this one day) + bourbon. no one else i've served this to likes it, but it's so fucking weird i love it

#weirddrinks entry two: well-steeped chamomile tea + herbal gin. the Relaxer! so good after a long cool day.

#weirddrinks number one, the most recent addition to the list: basil, bourbon, simple syrup, ice, balsamic vinegar. imma call it the Caprese. It's missing tomatoes and mozzarella, but it's /real/ close in taste profile somehow
