Cloud Shelf

These clouds, I was dumbfounded and staring at them for half of my walk. I've noticed it a couple times on my walk, but it never stops being amazing seeing a short wall of clouds on the horizon.

August Sunset

My near daily walks have really fallen off lately, but I still manage to catch a nice sun set or two each week. There's something poetic in knowing that the sunsets are getting earlier every day.

Dark and Moody

I rarely find myself outside after dark. When I do, I really find myself. I swear there was more light out, but these pictures definitely carry that evening's mood. The wisps of clouds with their faint tinge of pinky orange bring me utter peace.

Sunset through the trees

It feels like we’re finally in the heat of the summer. My long walks wait for a low UV index and a cooler breeze. The sunsets I catch more than make up for forcing my tired brain off the couch and waiting for a later dinner.
