I love living on a small, hillside hobby farm. Acreage and the view is to die for. But sometimes in Winter, that persistent cloud just hangs against the hillside like a weighted blanket; reducing visibility and erasing the view. Just lifted an hour or so ago and I can finally get a glimpse of the valley floor through the lingering mist. On the upside, this weather actually warms it up a bit.
