More proof that Amagai Ruka and Appare Hinata are living in the same house, and the rrat of them being sisters is probably legit.
Our basic rule is that we don't go into each other's rooms without permission, but in emergencies we can go into each other's rooms, but when I woke up I found Hinata right in front of me and had no idea what was going on lol
#WeatherPlanet After watching a bunch of Hinata streams, a certain VTuber taking a bath with her younger sister twitter space, and this Q&A stream, I'm 80% sure that Hinata is Ruka's younger sister.
"Hinata feels like family", "she feels like a younger sister" feels like acknowledging with a wink but trying to stay on the kayfabe lore that they're unrelated and just friends (as a singer from the ocean and a girl with a dog from a rural area??). Their dynamic is just way too much like siblings.
Hinata's obviously a rookie streamer (or extremely good at acting like one) and very dependent on Ruka.
In the karaoke she even awkwardly leans towards to mic, throws a fit after realizing the BGM cut off, then shouts to Ruka for help.
Truly very cute wink at the end.

Ruka's indie unit partner is newbie VTuber Appare Hinata. She isn't very familiar with OBS configuration, and speaks with a Tosa accent (according to chat).
So a new VTuber Amagai Ruka just debut with an amazing 140k ccv... Her intro slides had Japanese and a little English, which led to her singing Chandelier.
Hello Appare Hinata, whoever it is, I hope she works well as an indie unit with our newly debuting Dolphin VTuber on the same day.
