Jim Jordan is the GOP go-to guy for accomplishing nothing amid a lot of bluster and noise. To be fair (not that he deserves it), there is nothing for him to find with his select committee on weaponization of govt.
Shakespeare could've easily been referring to Jordan in Macbeth's soliloquy: "...a tale told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, signifying nothing."
