*The war has returned once again to Gaza…*
As if the pain never left, as if the destruction had only taken a short break.
The sounds of bombing are back, the sky rains fire instead of rain, and fear fills hearts once more.
We didn’t even have time to heal our wounds before new ones were opened.

*We are tired, exhausted, just longing for one day of safety.*
Oh God, protect the people of Gaza and lift this suffering from them.
