About half way there to my contribution, Smoked Turkey, for #VirtualThanksgivig Apple Juice & Molasses glaze to keep the insides moist, smoked over Hickory / Mesquite.
For those preferring non-meat, you'll need to wait a while. Have not started the Tofurkey yet.
