Here's a quick overview of the 2024 State Budget - some welcome small service upgrades; some infrastructure projects delayed, which is unfortunate but not surprising. For us the big question is whether they'll commit to frequent services all day every day when the Metro tunnel opens? #VicBudget
#VicBudget: Slowing down the Big Build to a Not Quite So Big Build is unsurprising given they overheated the construction market. The question will be how they plan out much-needed projects such as Melton electrification, rail duplication, tram accessibility etc.
