There's a Foundation, and before COVID they had it running as a nice wedding venue.
It was a folly, built above the Lord Haldon hotel when it was someone's house, by them or their adjacent. But it works.
I suspect one could still hire it for a polite party, if one asked.
The rather simpler Belvedere on the hill above Powderham Castle has recently been renovated, and I think is more or less in action. Good view from there.
