🎞 Director #Mstislav_Chernov brought an Oscar to #Ukraine , which he received for the film “20 Days in #Mariupol”

This is an award for the best feature-length documentary film and the first Oscar in the history of #Ukraine.

“20 Days in #Mariupol” tells the story of the first days of the #Russian invasion of #Ukraine. Together with photographer #Evgeniy_Maloletka and producer #Vasilisa_Stepanenko, the director arrived in the city a few hours before the first #Russian bombs fell on it.
