In Glasgow particularly we have long-standing problems with youngsters killing each other. Recently boy of 15 killed, suspect 14. Gang related knife crime is frequently involved. But the Violence Reduction Unit has helped reduce deaths in the city. I'm sure there are lessons others elsewhere can learn from.
