It is reported that airports were overcrowded, ventilation was poor, and there was no access to drinking water. At #Vnukovo, people weren't allowed to leave, and some became ill. Water? 455 rubles (~$5) a bottle. According to #Russian Telegram channels, some passengers waited more than 12 hours and received just 50 rubles (~$0.5 ) to buy food.
As ordinary passengers slept on the floor, government planes took off without delay.
