Also #Vertu moving from #subscription to #OneTimePurchase clearly makes the #quality bomb, because if they were like charging $250+ per month + any associated costs for the services booked this would have made sense for like the top 0,1% of people who "solve" every problem with their black AMEX Centurion...
The Problem with this “Ultra Luxury” Smartphone
The #paywalling by #VERTU is intentional:
- They want solvent clients that are not just willing but able to stomach the #ConciergeService fees.
It's not as if their hardware is expensive - far from it.
- It's that #exclusivity is the selling feature!
It's the same reason why #Apple obviously overcharges consumers, but dialed up to 13 because this device and it's services are aiming at "high net value individuals" with a 6+ digit € income after taxes and all their bills paid...
