Folks, Abby Spanberger flipped #VA01 by three points, according to the good folks at @votehub.com. The seat has been held by Republican Rob Wittman with double digit margins since 2007. Mark Warner in 2008 was the only Democrat to have won the district in recent memory... until last night.
