I find it really amusing that rental prices are so much more reasonable as soon as you look outside of #Virginia. Like, what the hell is making Virginia one of the most expensive places to live on the east coast? My guess would be proximity to D.C. and all the defense contractors and whatnot in northern Virginia.
Had no trouble finding rooms for rent at attainable prices literally anywhere else, lol!
