Uva Bar’s guac was legendary — chunky, creamy, and topped with cotija. Since its 2023 closure, top replacements include Céntrico (same location), Tiendita (to-go window), and Puesto Anaheim (creative flavors like Pina Colada Guac). Tortilla Jo’s closed in 2024.

Uva Bar & Café was the heart of Downtown Disney for 22 years before closing in April 2023. Known for its Carne Asada Fries, Uva Burger, and “Sexy Alligator” martini, it offered prime people-watching and fireworks views. It’s now replaced by Céntrico and Paseo.

Missing those late-night pitcher hangs at Uva Bar. The original open-air spot closed in April 2023 and was replaced by Céntrico, which now serves Mexican and local craft beers in sixteen-ounce pours. No pitchers, but the memories of cold Reds and good friends live on.
