If you don't use Xbox Game Bar, turn it off or uninstall (with an uninstall tool) Xbox game bar. It comes Auto installed as a helper tool for screen capture, voice chat and macro settings. And it's recently had an update with some changes.
Microsofts 'helping' software for a better and smoother gaming experience, seems to phones home after collecting screenshots from your system and the running games for training their AI. Of course we all can trust Microsoft and be assured THAT THEY wouldn't COLLECT ALL THE OTHER information.
I really need to get back into Linux...
