If anyone has some personal experience with ulnar nerve entrapment (cubital tunnel syndrome) I'd love to know what made a real difference for you.
Shellie is really struggling with it. I try to read up on causes and treatment, but all I find are listicles and other SEO slop.
Extra weird, the last two nights I've woken up with my left ulnar pinched as well. Sympathy pain maybe! I'm used to various parts of my body not working properly. Shellie not so much.
