Good morning Mastodonians! Hot & humid, but clear. More rain to come after yesterday's thunderstorm...we need as much as we can get!
Getting closer and closer to moving day...I'm both excited and nervous. I ordered a clothes rack/"portable closet" for my dressing room (an odd little room, only 10 ft by 5 1/2 ft, no windows), and now I need curtains and rugs....phew....and living room furniture.

Good morning Mastodonians! Glory of glories...it's a bright, clear, rainless morning! We haven't had sun in a week, so it's a welcome sight, and it was a blessing to drive to work with the windows open.
Well, it's looking like I'll actually be closing on the house tomorrow...no problems have arisen, no red flags, no disasters, no permit issues, no termites....it's been a hell of a ride, but at last I think I'm gonna be a homeowner.
