Ever heard of Zenko Mapping? I've discovered this at #UXLondon this year. It's a tool developed over the last 6 years by John V Willshire to help you do the next right thing for your project, organization, etc.
It accounts for the fact that a project rarely follows a linear process.

The map is available on his site, along with a very nice video to explain the whole concept: https://smithery.com/2020/12/01/starting-with-zenko-mapping/

Zenko Mapping is a tool which helps you collaborate with others inside and outside of your organisation, or make great decisions on where to go next. It makes your strategy and tactics visible.
