I find it so strange that a country built on
#ProfitOverPeople and #Capitalism
can't do simple maths.

It's clear to me that suburbs will go bankrupt.

1st of all you comply everyone to live in a stand-alone house; they have to be connected by roads, sewer, electricity, water and internet. You'll need longer amenities like that and you'll have to maintain them.

2nd No one wants to pay taxes, least of all Americans.
So who is gonna pay for the amenities? Every 30 or 40 years those need to be maintained.
Most suburbs in the US are about 45 years old. There's a #BigBill coming !
