Achieved a proof of concept in the multimedia #webapp #ufb to play a #jellyfin track, which would allow to leverage all the UFB features, such as exploration annotations (timed comments), cross-media playlist, session bookmark (more advanced than the one in jellyfin client)... And benefit from the extensive API from Jellyfin (specialized in self-hosted media collection)

#update #UFB : Added a no-spoil mode which hides the total duration of a track in all custom displays and in standard embedded players. Quite basic but I find it enjoyable to not anticipate about how much remains and have a "live" feeling.

#Chorus #UFB phone connection question:
My parents are moving house; the new place also has fibre, but I'm not sure the previous tenants used a phone connection. To connect the phone cabling to the ONT, will it be sufficient to use a 2-way splitter in the nearest phone jack, and connect one of those ports to the TEL port of the ONT?
I'm sure a separate jack would be better, but hopefully this will do for now ...
