I'd like to see an exodus of journalists, too. But it's all about followers, init? Journalists often work for big corps, & are subject to the policies of their employers. The NYT & WashPo newsrooms MUST be sitting on the edge of their seats waiting for a giant shoe to drop.
IMO news orgs will create accounts on many BirdApp alternatives so they don't loose #TwitterRegugees like me.
Someone please create a list @maxboot is one I can follow here.
