Doc Edward Morbius ⭕@Buttlesticks I don't know and am not a Twitter user, so I really don't have exposure to how things work there.
That said: I'd expect that the export would have favourited tweets, and that you'd be able to interact with those in some manner.
(I have worked with data exports from several other platforms and have developed tools to deal with those, most especially anything in JSON data format, a fairly established standard.)
Hopefully others can provide more information.
