There are many disturbing, worrying trends these days but I find myself particularly horrified by the banning of books and the whitewashing of an American history already sterilized to suit white sensitivities. The written word is a vehicle that should educate, promote growth, teach, & entertain. Indeed, our history books should be rewritten.
