Imagine, four months after invading #Ukraine , if Putin signed a deal to:
- withdraw all troops
- respect Ukrainian internal affairs
- drop sanctions
- pay $300 billion
- abandon separatists in Moldova AND
- give Ukraine control of the Black Sea...
in exchange for a nuclear nonproliferation promise to be agreed over the next 60 days.
