@Shanmonster Check out #TrueBiz by Sara Nović - a deaf author. Depends on what you mean by flow. Musicality of certain words? That's not a concern for everyone. When it is, they may ask someone or rely on residual hearing. There isn't 1 universal approach. Resources exist for rhyming words, but that's often not paramount. Hearing people emphasize how things sound; not all deaf people share that emphasis.
