🗡🎂 🎮 [Not essential] trying to help my gf have a not-shit birthday. Does anyone have spare Steam keys?
my girlfriend's birthday is tomorrow and i recently paid off a traffic ticket (thanks to you all 🥺❤️) and topped off our food and i have enough left for, like, a pop. they tend to have shitty experiences with their birthdays, and i'd like to be able to do something to make it not-shit. couldn't do much of anything for my own, but doing something for hers would be more than enough for me.
she's not into super elaborate things - she likes going to find old sci-fi novels, and those tend to run at a maximum of $10/per. our largest single haul was 5 books, for a total of maybe $30. they also like video games and have a sizable Steam collection, and they've been known to hunt down keys for old, delisted games
(thanks to a kind contribution, we're gonna be able to at least look for some of those old books. thanks a million ❤️)
i've picked out some games on a reasonable sale from her wishlist; i have them listed below (not linking her wishlist because i didn't tell her about this yet)
so if anyone has a couple of Steam keys laying around that you're not gonna use, that'd be really cool and would go a long way to making their birthday at least a little bit better ❤️
