As polite & friendly as the #Business-#CustomerSupport at #Vodafone is, having 0 connectivity via #Cable is just bad.

• Cuz it's one thing if their #CMTS is overloaded and they've to #QoS and #TrafficShape the hell out of it to the point that it's getting slowed down significantly, but having like no interconnect is basically unacceptable!

And the #fallback via #LTE doesn't work great either…

• At least the #ISP doesn't gaslight me but instead admits that it's their problem, it's just frustrating to see that they did diddly-piss in over a month this issue is now open!

And yes, I do use @quad9dns 's IPs to monitor interface #uptime.
